Daisy Green Cancellation Policy

When you book an appointment at Daisy Green your time here is very important to me. Cancellations within the time stipulated in my cancellation policy will allow me to allocate this space to someone else, without it affecting my ability to operate. Also, please note if you are running late you may have your treatment time shortened and/or cancelled to avoid inconveniencing the client that has.

Cancellation policy: Please note that we require card details to secure all bookings. No deposit is taken, however if your booking is cancelled with less than 12 hours' notice or you were a no-show, we reserve the right to charge a £20pp cover fee to the card details stored. Order Cancellation Policy When your order is entered it can ship as earlier as the next business day.

Order cancellation requests must be done online by logging into your account and going to the menu Orders (My Account / Orders) and clicking on the CANCEL button during the first hour from the time you placed the order.
