Opened in 1934, grade 2* listed and in use both as a cuhurch and public concert hall. "The Forum is listed as an exceptionally complete example of an Art Deco Cinema, with a very elaborate auditorium that has been carefully preserved. It is the best surviving example of the work of William Henry Watkins, the finest specialist cinema.

Bath Festivals and Bath Forum Ltd will operate independently alongside each other but will also collaborate on welcoming audiences to a wide range of cultural events and activities. The Forum is Bath's largest theatre-style performance venue, hosting regular live music gigs, comedy and entertainment performances and more. The Church bought its first building in Henry Street in 1978 and over the next few years planted people out into surrounding towns to establish fresh expressions of God's family.

The Church soon outgrew the building and in 1989 the Forum was purchased. The Church has continued to grow and know a remarkable grace from God. The Forum Cinema Bath designed by W.H.Watkins and opened in 1934 it closed as a cinema in 1969 it was then used as a Bingo Hall and was taken over by The Bath City church in 1988.
