I'm a couple months into my transition to male, and I'm getting to the point where I'm starting to look ambiguously gendered. I'm trying to slowly switch to using male bathrooms, but it's making me nervous. Are there social rules I need to know? Where do you wait for the stalls? Do men chat in the bathroom like women do? Here you can. Now, every bathroom is all-gender. So I walk in a bathroom (multi-stall bathrooms, not single-stall), and there could be women there washing their hands, doing their makeup, or sitting in one of the stalls.
