Bmw K1200s High Mileage

What should we expect? 80k miles (say)? Have any of you got some high mileage K1200s?:teeth Guys; reading the first reply means that there is a misunderstanding. I am not discussing mpg! I am talking about MILEAGE i.e could I expect at least 80,000 miles from the engine / gearbox without a major rebuild? If you can obtain the VIN#, call a BMW motorcycle dealer and ask for a service/maintenance/recall history on this particular bike (or any other BMW that may strike your fancy).

As others have said, many LT's run well past the six. "We" know that 69,000 miles is not high miles on a K1200 if well cared for. 200,000 is high mileage, 69,000 is not.
