BMW Ultimate Care is a vehicle service contract offered by BMW dealers to extend repair coverage beyond the 4-year/50,000 mile factory warranty. It covers the cost of parts and labor for mechanical breakdowns of thousands of components. Ultimate Care also includes scheduled maintenance services outlined in the BMW Maintenance Program.

Ultimate Care+ is transferable to a subsequent owner, should you sell your vehicle. Extend your coverage: Extend BMW Ultimate Care+ 1, 2, 3, or 4 additional years or 89,000 miles for a total of up to 125,000 miles (3 years for Model year 2016 and older). The extended BMW Ultimate Care program typically costs between $1,000-$1,500 for an additional 2 years/14,000 miles beyond the standard coverage.

The Ultimate Care+ program, which includes wear items like brake pads, can cost $2,000-$3,000 depending on the model. The Ultimate Care plan offered by BMW is a prepaid maintenance offered for new purchases. This plan offers regular maintenance for 3 years or 36,000 miles, whichever comes first.
