Hi all I recently downloaded the update files to my 64GB USB flash drive to update my navigation system on the 2021 sonata but it keeps telling me "no supported files". I am pretty sure the format (FAT32), the specs of USB, and the file are correct. How to solve the problem? Any help would be.

It states "navigation starting" but then goes blank. Upon trouble shooting pushing the navigation button on the screen does nothing and maps is the same with doing absolutely nothing. I called Blue Link and they did troubleshooting and had me reset the radio system which did nothing to fix the problem.

I also updated the Blue Link. I heard somewhere that a paperclip can be used to reset the system but I can't get any information on where the reset hole might be. Has anyone else experienced this problem before? How did you solve it? I have done updates before without a problem so I am familiar with the process so I doubt that I had something wrong.
