Hyundai Navigation Update August 2024

Welcome to the official Hyundai Motors navigation update website. You can update your navigation system to the latest version to access the latest traffic information. My 2024 XRT updated OTA with this new version on 9/9/24, and the Speed Limit signs on the dash and on the Map screen no longer display for local/surface streets with speed limits 35mph and below (it will temporarily display roadside Speed Limit signs detected by the camera, but the Navigation-based signs are no longer there). System & Map Update version 18.0 In Sep 2024, GEN 4 and newer system & map update will be available for free download at: update.hyundai.com update.genesis.com update.kia.com. All Hyundai vehicles with a navigation system have a database that should be updated to better help you locate recently added or changed points of interest.

For models prior to 2018, updates are available each year in the Spring. The methods of updating your map data vary depending on the year and model of your Hyundai. The following chart shows which system your model uses.

Navigation Data. Just noticed - again, on the MapNSoft site that the semi-annual Nav + system update for the Ioniq. If you turn on the system when update is in progress, you can view the progress of update.

When update is in progress, the navigation, Bluelink, camera and infotainment system are disabled. The system automatically shuts down after update is complete. You can exit the vehicle without having to wait for the update to finish.

A notification window appears after update is complete. You can use. I stepped into my car after work today and the auto download began.

By the time I got home (25 minutes) the update was completed and navigation is working much better. The missing streets of new subdivisions in my city are all there. Very satisfied.
