Hyundai Navigation Update Failed

After attempting to install the latest nav/audio update on our 22 Calligraphy, this is the result (see below). We followed the process explicitely and were successful doing this in the past. I'm guessing the files on the USB drive were somehow corrupted and the vehicle copied them down and then failed to update.

I download the file and execute it and it says my Ioniq 6 is not registered. I have a My Hyundai account and the car is registered. I have the desktop icon and when I double click it says Ioniq 6 not registered.

Have a 2022 Palisade. Got a notice there is a navigation update available. I downloaded the Update Installer, but when I try to run it, I get the message that the "Network is not connected.

You can update your navigation system to the latest version to access the latest traffic information. The instructions from Hyundai for this vehicle says to update through the USB port. And indeed when I look at it with MyHyundai it shows the software is updated.

Hyundai customer service had no idea but gave me the number for the navigation software provider. He indicated that although the software was updated, the maps on the SD card were not.
