  • Operated as the first point of support for one of only 8 primate research facilities funded by the National Institutes of Health nationally
  • Completed installation of hardware and software on a 5 month backlog of Windows and Mac machines waiting for deployment in my first 2 weeks
  • Maintained and installed server blades in 4 different server rooms across 3 buildings
  • Upgraded Class Alert to a ruby script in order to run reliably 24/7 on a headless AWS server
  • Reduced size my 66.7% while also decreasing the maximum runtime for a full iteration from 70 seconds to under 5 seconds

  • The backend ran Node.js and Socket.IO and the app compiled on PhoneGap

  • Developed software to automate repetitive tasks through control of the mouse and keyboard
  • 15 completed test scenarios per hour increased to 25 completed test scenarios per hour with Office Automation: 67% increase in productivity

  • My team applied machine learning to a dataset of electrical output in order to predict expected energy usage based on the weather forecast
