yes all terminals do have baggage storage facility at a price, it is better to store them, and spend 1-2 hours subject to your interest to visit JEWEL, if you have kids you may need longer hours as well as the timing as some days especially week ends and public holiday it is crowded. Frankly there are many things to do, so 1 trip will not cover all, space them and anyway Jewel will be there so. Luggage storage facilities are located at Arrival Halls, Departure Halls, and within Jewel Changi.
