The SEBO Airbelt D4 Premium is better than the NaceCare HVR 200 Henry. The SEBO is easier to store, has a longer operating range, has a more advanced three-stage filtration system, weighs a little less, and delivers better performance on bare floors and carpets. Meanwhile, the NaceCare uses even larger dirtbags that don't need to be replaced as often, and this model is a little more maneuverable.
Thanks to the help of r/VacuumCleaners I have narrowed down the candidates for my first vacuum to the Sebo E1 and Numatic Henry 160 Xtra. I reside in a small apartment with bare floor and some area rugs, no pets but possible in the future. Sebo K2 Turbo vs Henry Xtra (160) After lots and lots of research (thanks to this community!) I've narrowed it down to Sebo K2 or Henry Xtra 160.
1100ish sq ft home. All hard floors (hardwood, tile, vinyl plank) but I do have area rugs in most rooms (hence willing to spend a tad more for an air powered turbo head). The Henry is a basic workhorse vacuum that's really overpriced outside the UK.
Its simple to use, maintain and has big bags and large cleaning radius. The hose fits universal 1.25 inch tools, so you can find a large range of inexpensive accessories and nozzles. The K2 is an all around better vacuum with much nicer build and tools, improved maneuverability and convenience features as auto.
SEBO is well-known for its high-quality vacuums, especially for commercial use, but how do they compare to Henry in terms of quietness? Noise Comparison Henry vacuums are surprisingly quiet, even on the highest settings, with noise levels ranging from 47 to 72 decibels. Both Henry and Sebo make excellent BIFL canister vacuums with great filtration. The majority of filtration for both vacuums is done by the bags, the pre-motor filter is designed to protect the motor from bag tears, and the post.
Are you looking for a vacuum cleaner that is better than a Henry hoover? Consider the Sebo Professional D8. German engineering and 2x the power of a Henry. I think the c1 is made in china now.
All you need for hard flat surfaces is a little bit of suction, a bit of airflow; whatever you find the most comfortable and easy to use will work. the Miele will be completely sealed, more than the sebo in my experience, if that persuades you. Sebo K2 Kombis is a mix of the 2 very good vacuum, very durable, more features than the Henry like an automatic rewinding cord and suction speed control.
Uses proprietary tools like Miele. Sebo: plus for sebo: More tidy storing the vacuum. Hate storing the canister style vacs with tubes all over but the Sebo should lean nicely in a corner.
(unfortunately the 4 won't stand on it's' own). That's a big bonus for me as I think I'd just keep it in a corner in the kitchen versus storing it in a closet.
