Airbnb Bathroom Reddit

We run a two-bedroom AirBNB with a single shared bathroom and I am curious how other hosts handle listings with similar setups. We have really tried to make the shared bathroom as painless as possible for guests and have made upgrades based on feedback from dozens of people who have stayed with us. We have shelves for guests, numbered towel hooks, and very simple rules such as asking to keep.

This story is kinda gross, so please skip if you've got a weak stomach I stayed at an Airbnb in Boston with a shared bathroom - was 10 mins from the airport and figured it'd be fine for a shared bathroom. Any idea why? And how to filter now to find a place with a private bath? Chicken and the egg, do you get the shower first and then run the AirBnB or try the AirBnB first to install a shower. If you mean there's no full shower, but a bath with a shower curtain and shower head this is completely fine and as long as it's pictured in the listing nobody will complain.

Airbnb Private Bathroom Filter "Hack" When searching for places to stay around Italy, the "Private attached bathroom" filter never showed up for me. Then when I was looking for places in London, that filter suddenly appeared. But I just couldn't make that filter appear for my other searches.

I searched online for an answer and didn't find one. Seems like you're inviting guests to be picking boogers all over the place rather then just going to the bathroom where one ought to be ridding themselves of bodily fluids and chunks. I feel like you'd end up finding spent tissues on the floor under beds or in the couch cushions.
