Black Jet Baking Co. is a woman owned and operated bakery in San Francisco. Black Jet is my favourite local bakery in the Bernal/Glen Park/Noe Valley area.

Most things here are good and some things are exceptional and I would go out of way to come here to get. My favourites first and foremost are the banana bread and the coffee cake. The crust that they get on the outer layer is what really makes these special.
