This looks so cozy! My question would be, what do you want lighting for? Is this level of darkness good for you to work in and you just want additional lighting for the look of it? If so, id get some backlighting for the monitors. I have Govee lights behind mine and it adds to the visibility without making the room much brighter objectively. Lighting was such a struggle for my office, it's in a basement with no natural light, and the singular overhead fixture was just not enough light.

No reflection issues thankfully, so I can keep using it, but I needed to add a bunch of wall-mounted Ikea corded lamps, desk lamp, LED strips, etc. Still not 100% happy but huge difference. The natural light in this area isn't great and there are some harsh shadows (showing on video conference calls) from the overhead ceiling light.
