I HATE the new Mickey Mouse cartoons. To be clear, I mean the style of drawing.
He just irks me. I love most of the original Disney characters like Goofy and Donald. I guess Minnie isn't bad, but the fact that she actually likes Mickey means there must be something wrong with her. (sorry this is probably in the wrong forum) My DW has an irrational hate of "that *****" Minnie Mouse, but who can hate Mickey?
I used to feel like that. Ok, maybe hate is way too strong a feeling for a cartoon mouse with little impact on my life, but he was boring. But Paul Rudish brought that old school Mickey back. In those shorts, Mickey is more of a befuddled everyman.

I used to feel like that. Ok, maybe hate is way too strong a feeling for a cartoon mouse with little impact on my life, but he was boring. But Paul Rudish brought that old school Mickey back. In those shorts, Mickey is more of a befuddled everyman.
I also hate that Pete uses "the" in all their names. "Thanks, Mickey the Mouse". I've seen Donald annoyed, but no yelling and jumping on his hat, that was the best. Now he's all "That's exasperating". Though I almost spit my water yesterday when he told Goofy he never ceased to amaze him. I want to throat punch Goofy on a daily basis.
