What This Extension Does

TravoAI Connect allows Klook merchants to sync their booking and product data from the Klook Merchant Portal to their TravoAI account.

Data We Access

• Klook session cookie (_pt): Used locally by your browser to authenticate API requests to the Klook Merchant Portal. A backup copy is stored securely on TravoAI's servers to ensure service continuity.
• Klook booking data: Order details, product information, and customer contact information retrieved from the Klook Merchant Portal during sync.
• Team Org ID: Your TravoAI team identifier, entered by you and stored locally in your browser.

How We Use Your Data

• Booking and product data is sent to TravoAI's servers solely for the purpose of displaying it in your TravoAI dashboard.
• Your Klook login credentials (username and password) are never accessed, collected, or stored by this extension.
• The session cookie is used only to make API requests to the Klook Merchant Portal on your behalf.

Data Storage

• Locally (your browser): Team Org ID, last sync timestamp.
• TravoAI servers: Session cookie backup, synced booking data, synced product data.

Data Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or share your data with any third parties. Data is only transmitted between your browser, the Klook Merchant Portal, and TravoAI's servers.

Data Retention

Session cookie backups are retained for up to 30 days. Booking data is retained in your TravoAI account as long as your account is active.

Your Rights

You can uninstall the extension at any time to stop all data collection. To request deletion of your data from TravoAI's servers, contact your TravoAI representative.
