These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the OnWater mobile app ("OnWater", "we", "us"). By using the app you agree to these Terms.
You must be at least 13 years old to use OnWater. You are responsible for the activity under your account and for keeping your sign-in credentials secure. You sign in using Google / Firebase Authentication.

We have zero-tolerance for objectionable content or abusive behavior. We may remove content or suspend/terminate accounts that violate these Terms. Users can report any objectionable content or block abusive users directly within the app.
You retain ownership of the catch reports, photos, comments, and messages you create. You grant us a non-exclusive license to host, display, and distribute that content within the app so the social features can function. You can delete your own catch reports at any time.
Weather, tide, current, and AI fishing recommendations are provided for convenience only and may be inaccurate, delayed, or unavailable. Do not rely on OnWater for navigation or safety decisions. Always consult official marine forecasts and use your own judgment on the water. We are not responsible for any loss or harm resulting from reliance on the app.
The app uses data from OpenWeather, NOAA, and Google Gemini, and services from Google / Firebase. We do not guarantee the accuracy or availability of third-party data.
You may stop using OnWater at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms or to comply with the law.
The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.
We may update these Terms; material changes will be reflected by the "Last updated" date above. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
