Saint-Tropez Audio Guide (“the app”) is designed to respect your privacy. We do not collect, store, or share any personal data. There are no accounts, no analytics, no advertising, and no third-party tracking.
Location (optional). If you allow it, the app uses your device’s location only on your device to show the distance to nearby stops and to suggest the closest one. Your location is never collected, never stored, and never sent to us or to anyone else. The app works fully without location access — it is purely a convenience.
On-device settings. Your chosen language, reading font size, and which stops you’ve marked as visited are saved locally on your device (in standard iOS storage) so the app remembers your preferences. This information stays on your device and is not transmitted anywhere.
Audio downloads. Audio for languages other than English is delivered through Apple’s On-Demand Resources and downloaded from Apple’s servers when you first play a language. This is handled by Apple’s standard system; we receive no information about it.
The app is suitable for all ages and collects no data from anyone, including children.
If this policy ever changes, the updated version will be posted at this address with a new date.
