Are these kneeling desk chairs ergonomically beneficial? I'm in OT school so I'm sitting at my desk A LOT. My lower back is killing me even though I sit with proper posture. Thx!

This is an impractical solution but you could buy a massage chair with a removable headpiece. You are basically supported from the front and you sit in a gentle kneeling position and it supports your torso. Unfortunately, my desk is very much a sitting desk and it's not designed in a way where I can put on one of those monitor. Kneeling chair helped my lower back feel better, but moved all the pressure to my tailbone which to me was worse. I've also tried the saddle chair - i would recommend this over a kneeling chair, but fair warning it's not terribly comfortable for any extended period of time.
