I have a bathroom to paint in which the same tile is on the floors, hallway up the walls and in the whole shower. It was painted before with what looks like epoxy paint, but it's starting to show chips and wear in places, revealing the 60s-era blue tile. What's the best paint and method for re-painting this tile? I've attached a couple of pictures showing how it looks now.
