The Forum is Bath's largest theatre-style performance venue, hosting regular live music gigs, comedy and entertainment performances and more. This week, we about Bath's largest music venue, The Forum in Bath (a.k.a Bath Forum). We spoke to booker and programmer, Bryn Williams, who tells us all about the rich history surrounding the venue, their historic 100+ year old theatre, and how the building survived.

The Forum is the largest theatre-style music venue in the World Heritage City of Bath. Having opening its doors to the public as a cinema in 1934, this remarkable venue celebrated its 88th birthday in May. The Forum is a listed, landmark Art Deco building in the centre of Bath, owned by Bath Christian Trust.

As a charitable organisation they must adhere to rigid budgets. SRA had worked on the original renovation, which had delighted the stakeholders and facilitated the church's vision to meet congregational and community needs. This time, the client needed a major refurbishment to modernise.
