Please email Academic Registry, academic-registry@bath.ac.uk from your University email account with evidence of your change of legal name and gender, confirming what you need to update. Your formal, legal name will be on your degree/transcript, this is visible on your seat, but you can email graduation@bath.ac.uk to have it covered. If you change your name legally, your certificate can be reprinted to reflect this - just email graduation@bath.ac.uk and it will be added to the next batch of printing and sent out to you.
