主動式 ETF 持股追蹤（以下稱「本 App」）

一、我們蒐集的資料

1. 帳號與識別資料

匿名使用者 ID（UID）：本 App 啟動時透過 Firebase 自動建立一組匿名 UID，用以區分裝置以及繫結訂閱狀態。
Apple Sign In 身份識別：當您訂閱時，需以「使用 Apple 登入」綁定帳號。我們僅取得 Apple 提供的匿名識別字串（uid）以及您選擇分享的電郵（可選擇使用「隱藏我的電郵」）。我們不取得您的姓名、頭像或其他個資。

2. 訂閱與購買資料

訂閱狀態（試用中 / 已付費 / 已過期）、到期日、續訂偏好。
App Store 交易收據（由 Apple 提供，本 App 不取得您的信用卡或付款方式資料）。
訂閱事件記錄（購買、續訂、取消、退款等）。

3. 使用記錄

App 啟動次數計量（本機 UserDefaults，用於免費版用量限制；不上傳）。
Firebase 與 RevenueCat 必要的伺服器端事件日誌（不含個人識別資料）。

4. 不蒐集的項目

姓名、地址、電話、生日。
位置資料、聯絡人、相片、麥克風、相機。
裝置 IDFA（廣告識別碼）。
瀏覽紀錄、跨 App 行為追蹤。

二、資料用途

提供本 App 功能（驗證訂閱狀態、計量免費用量、同步訂閱資料）。
偵測技術錯誤與安全異常（後端日誌）。
遵守法令義務（如稅務、消費爭議處理）。

我們不將您的資料用於廣告投放、第三方銷售或行銷推廣。

四、資料儲存與保留

資料儲存於 Google Cloud（亞洲東部地區）及 RevenueCat 之雲端伺服器。
訂閱狀態與 UID 在帳號存在期間持續保留。
當您刪除帳號（請見下一節），相關資料將同步刪除。

五、您的權利

查閱與刪除

請於 App 內「設定 → 刪除帳號」進行帳號刪除。
刪除後，下列資料將被永久移除：Firebase Auth 帳號、Firestore 使用者文件、RevenueCat 訂閱者資料。
注意：刪除帳號不會自動取消您於 App Store 之訂閱。請先至 iPhone「設定 → Apple ID → 訂閱項目」取消訂閱，再進行帳號刪除，否則 Apple 將繼續扣款。

停用追蹤

本 App 不進行跨 App 廣告追蹤，故無需特別停用設定。

六、訂閱條款

訂閱方案：Pro 月訂閱（NT$120/月）。
免費試用：首次訂閱可享 7 天免費試用。
自動續訂：試用期結束後將自動以原價續訂；如不續訂請於到期前 24 小時取消。
取消方式：iPhone「設定 → Apple ID → 訂閱項目」隨時可取消。
付款與管理：所有訂閱由 Apple 帳號管理與扣款。
退款:請洽 Apple 客服（reportaproblem.apple.com）。

七、兒童隱私

本 App 不針對 13 歲以下兒童設計，且不主動向其蒐集任何資料。

八、政策變更

本政策若有更新將於此頁面公告；重大變更將另行於 App 內通知。

1. Information We Collect

1.1 Account Identifiers

Anonymous User ID (UID): Auto-generated by Firebase on first launch to identify devices and bind subscription state.
Sign in with Apple identifier: When subscribing, you link via Sign in with Apple. We receive only Apple's opaque uid and the email you choose to share (you may use Hide My Email). We do not receive your name, photo, or other personal data.

1.2 Subscription & Purchase Data

Subscription status (trial / active / expired), expiry date, auto-renew preference.
App Store transaction receipts (provided by Apple; we never receive your payment method details).
Subscription event log (purchase / renewal / cancellation / refund).

1.3 Usage Data

Local usage counter (UserDefaults; used only to enforce free-tier quota; never uploaded).
Server-side event logs from Firebase & RevenueCat (no personal identifiers).

1.4 We Do NOT Collect

Name, address, phone, date of birth.
Location, contacts, photos, microphone, camera.
IDFA (advertising identifier).
Browsing history or cross-app tracking.

2. How We Use Your Data

Provide core App features (verify subscription, enforce free quota, sync state).
Detect technical errors and security anomalies.
Comply with legal obligations (tax, dispute resolution).

We do not use your data for advertising, third-party sale, or marketing.

4. Data Storage & Retention

Stored on Google Cloud (asia-east1) and RevenueCat servers.
Retained while your account exists.
Deleted when you delete your account (see Section 5).

5. Your Rights

Access & Deletion

Delete your account in the App: Settings → Delete Account.
This permanently removes your Firebase Auth account, Firestore user document, and RevenueCat subscriber data.
Note: deleting your account does not cancel your App Store subscription. Cancel via iPhone Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions first, otherwise Apple will continue charging.

6. Subscription Terms

Pro Monthly subscription: NT$120/month.
7-day free trial for new subscribers.
Auto-renews at the standard price after trial; cancel at least 24 hours before renewal to avoid charge.
Cancel anytime via iPhone Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions.
All billing managed by Apple. Refunds via reportaproblem.apple.com.

7. Children's Privacy

The App is not directed to children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect data from them.

8. Changes to This Policy

Updates will be posted on this page. Material changes will also be notified within the App.
