3 Hell's Kitchen. The Tableside Challenge is a recurring challenge in Hell's Kitchen. Always happening during the black jacket phase of the competition, Ramsay would have the chefs create a dish and serve it tableside to guest judges he invited.
Depending on the number of chefs left in the competition, each round would take 15 minutes for them to cook and plate. As they cook their dish, they can use that time.
