Leveraging my extensive culinary background, I create an array of artisan baked goods, including sourdough bread, English muffins, banana bread, ciabatta and more.

We use absolutely NO pre-made mixes or formulas whatsoever, and all orders are well and truly made-to-order.
We don't allow mediocre results to pass through our kitchen doors. All breads and doughs are made fresh to order. Some varieties can be made with a Gluten Free Flour Blend and/or Dairy Free.
This is noted on the menu and order form. Pizza dough comes with 2 x 10oz crusts. Some flavors are seasonal.
