Wave Rock in Western Australia doesn't move. But it looks like it's about to crash. The rock formation stands 15 meters tall and 110 meters long, curving like a giant wave frozen in time. The stripes of red, yellow, orange, and gray flow horizontally across its faceโ€”formed by rainwater depositing minerals over millions of years. It's not a wave. It's granite. But nature carved it to look like one. People come from around the world to stand at its base and feel small. ๐Ÿ—บ๏ธ Maps don't lie. Stories do. Would you surf a rock wave? ๐Ÿ‘‡ #WaveRock #Australia #FrozenWave #GeologicalWonder #GraniteWave #WesternAustralia #NatureSculpture #MapsDontLie #PlanetGeo

Did you know in Sydney you can go surfing without going to the beach? That means no jellyfish or sharks to worry about. It is actually 25km from the ocean, to the west of the CBD in Sydney Olympic Park. The URBN SURF wave pool is cranking those perfect waves from 6am until 9pm. If I wasn't so bad at balancing I would give it a go. How about you?
