Chris Bangle Christopher Edward Bangle (born October 14, 1956) is an American automobile designer. Bangle is known best for his work as Chief of Design for BMW Group, where he was responsible for the BMW, MINI and Rolls. The smaller BMWs will be styled by the former Mini design chief while the bigger ones will be penned by Polestar's former design chief.

Karim Habib first joined the BMW design team in 1998, a graduate of the McGill University in Montreal, initially majoring in Mechanical Engineering. He later did a postgraduate study at the prestigious Art Center College of Design in Switzerland, spending some time at its USA branch where he was supervised by a tutor from the BMW Group. Previously part of the BMW design team under Chris Bangle, Warming was responsible for the well-received E85-generation Z4.
