Toyota struggles with modern expectations to say competitive but the issues you speak of are not related to their bulletproof drivetrains and hybrid systems. Dealerships are ruining the market. Toyota MSRP are still reasonable.

Best Toyota and Kia dealerships? Hi JC friends! I am in the market for a new car, I am exploring Toyotas and Kias for now. Would anyone like to share any good (or bad) experiences about particular dealerships in NJ? Specifically, if you recently bought or researched, which dealership has the best inventory/price combination? Update: Called one of the dealerships (Toyota Universe in NJ) again and they said their highest offer right now is $30k above MSRP.
