Beginning in 1996, Bruno Schickel and Schickel Construction Co. designed and built Boiceville Cottages-a tiny house community and development in Ithaca, New York.

Since then, Schickel Construction Company has built 140 tiny house rentals, all staged on the 60 acre property in groups of three. Construction was completed in 2016. Started in 1996, Boiceville Cottages was Bruno Schickel's first tiny house community.
