The “Uncovered” app allows users to upload their own photos, transform them artistically using AI, and use these images within the app. The goal is a visual, creative, step-by-step representation of people without classic profile information.
Photos that you upload or take within the app are processed automatically to generate AI-created images and visual representations.
Both the original photos and the AI-generated images are stored encrypted in the cloud so they can be displayed to you within the app. You can delete your images at any time directly in the app.
There is no manual review of your images – not even for debugging or testing purposes. All image processing is fully automated.
In addition, technical usage data is collected, such as app starts and interactions (e.g. “image uploaded”, “level unlocked”, “button pressed”). These events do not contain image content, free text, location data, or sensitive personal information. They are used solely to ensure technical stability and to improve the app. No profiling for advertising or marketing purposes takes place.
AI-based image processing is performed via external AI services (e.g. OpenAI, USA). Image transfers are encrypted and used exclusively for image generation.
The app infrastructure (storage, processing, and delivery) is provided via cloud services (e.g. Google Cloud). Images are stored in encrypted form.
Images are not used for training, advertising, or any purposes beyond the app’s functionality.
Your data is processed exclusively for the functionality of the app. There is no disclosure to third parties for advertising, marketing, or analytics purposes.
The operator could technically access stored images but does not do so. Access only occurs if you explicitly agree to it, for example in the context of a support request.
You can delete your images and content at any time within the app.
Alternatively, you can request the complete deletion of all stored personal data by sending an email to: hello@letkimdoit.com
Associated technical usage data will also be deleted upon request where it is personal.
You have the right to access, rectification, deletion, restriction of processing, and data portability in accordance with Art. 15 et seq. GDPR.
