Recreational Over the summer, we take our recreational sessions to the beach, developing your volleyball skill set and giving you the ability to impress your mates during the holidays. We run tournaments to provide a more. As well as weekly training sessions, members can join our weekly recreational sitting volleyball sessions, where you can about this exciting paralympic sport (and get a great upper body workout)!
