Last updated: 29.04.2025

1. Introduction

Viadook LLC (“Company”, “we”, or “our”) respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we handle information when you use the Viadook mobile application (“Platform”). By using the Platform, you agree to the practices described in this Policy.

2. Data Collection and Purpose

2.1. The Platform does not collect, store, or process any personal information such as names, email addresses, phone numbers, or mailing addresses from general driver users. However, business users (such as service providers, vendors, and platform ambassadors) may be required to provide limited identifying and contact information during onboarding for authentication and verification purposes. This information is stored securely and used solely for platform access, communication, and business listing management.

3. Anonymous User Activity

3.1. We may store anonymized technical data (e.g., crash logs, session times) to maintain system performance. These logs are not linked to any individual identity.
3.2. No behavioral tracking, profiling, or advertisement personalization is performed.

4. Chats and API Integration

4.1. The Platform includes a chat system to allow communication between drivers and service providers (e.g., parking, food vendors, tax preparers, lawyers, etc.).
4.2. Messages are temporarily processed to deliver between users but are not stored long-term or analyzed for content.
4.3. Our API connects users with business listings, but we do not transmit personal identifiers or track interactions.

5. Push Notifications

5.1. Users may receive notifications for traffic alerts, system updates, and service communications. These can be disabled via device settings.
5.2. We do not use push notifications for marketing or behavior-based targeting.

6. Data Sharing and Third Parties

6.1. We do not sell, share, or disclose user information to any third parties.
6.2. Services integrated into the Platform (such as maps or traffic feeds) may operate under their own privacy terms.

7. California Privacy Rights (CCPA)

7.1. Although we do not collect personal data from general users, California business users may contact us at info@fittin.ai with any questions or requests under CCPA.
7.2. We do not "sell" data as defined by CCPA.

8. Data Security

8.1. While we do not store personal data from general users, we implement standard security measures to protect any business user information and the integrity of our systems.

9. Policy Updates

9.1. We may update this Privacy Policy occasionally. Continued use of the Platform implies acceptance of the revised version.
9.2. The latest version will always be available within the app or on request.
