Has anyone else installed a trailer hitch on a 335d (or 335i)? If so, any recommendations or pictures of the end result? BMW does offer a EU-specific trailer hitch as an accessory (with a nearly 3,000 lb. trailer weight rating!) but they are all the European style round hitch ball, which won't work with my 1 1/4" square tube bike rack receiver. I ordered it on July 18th and just got it today, August 21st. Installed this evening in about 3 hours. It is a 1-1/4" hitch receiver.
