How Do I Check My Toyota Build Status

I was wondering I put a deposit on a '22 Corolla from my local dealer and told the car is "being built". I already have the VIN. Is there someplace I can check with the VIN and see the status of the build and when I might expect it? The dealer is just saying "6-8 weeks".

Personally I would like to know if any dates are stored for each of the order-build-delivery status events but I can't see any now that the order is at the dealer.
