Toyota Entune App Suite Greyed Out

The car suddenly asks for an update to Entune Apps. After the update, they aren't greyed out. Of course, the apps don't work, it just says network unavailable.

This will be the last Toyota or Lexus I ever buy. I had 4 Toyotas and 2 Lexus cars. I want to find who decided to ship a car and not load the software on it.

Really who did this? App Suite What is happening? On or around October 30, 2023, App Suite services will no longer be available for use. How does this impact Toyota vehicles with App Suite? Depending on the vehicle, the following services will be affected - Alexa®, NPR One®, iHeartRadio®, LiveXLive®, Scout® GPS Link, Destination Search, Saved Destinations, H2 Station Finder (where applicable), Fuel, Sports.

To update the Entune to the latest version, you'll need a smartphone with Entune app installed and connected to your Toyota. On your phone, launch the Entune app and connect to Toyota using a USB or Bluetooth connection. I managed to get the iPhone app to identify my vehicle by VIN, but next it asked me to authorize my vehicle using an authorization app that's in Entune App Suite in my vehicle.
