The worst aspects are. The original Jurassic Park still is a personal favourite, it is an enormously fun, thrilling (with some nail-biting moments) and brilliantly made film, with one of John Williams' most memorable main themes and scene-stealing dinosaurs. The Lost World has its admirers, but for me it was a major step-down and one of Spielberg's weakest films, and Jurassic Park 3 was even more disappointing.

Twenty-two years after the events of Jurassic Park (1993), Isla Nublar now features a fully functioning dinosaur theme park, Jurassic World, as originally envisioned by John Hammond. After 10 years of operation and visitor rates declining, in order to fulfill a corporate mandate, a new attraction is created to re-spark visitor's interest, which backfires horribly. 'Jurassic World': Film Review Chris Pratt, Bryce Dallas Howard and Vincent D'Onofrio star in the franchise's first installment in 14 years.

Film Review: 'Jurassic World' Michael Crichton and Steven Spielberg's test-tube dinosaurs get a critic-proof reboot that's fun for a while, but not a patch on the original. How do you follow Jurassic Park, one of the greatest blockbusters ever made? It's not easy. The original is such a self-contained adventure that sequels prove difficult, even for Spielberg.
