We opened our doors in November 2012 and we are proud to say we were the first shop in Leeds to focus on design publications. Our main focus is graphic art and design, typography, illustration, and product design but we have an ever. Colours May Vary is a lot of things to a lot of people, but to us it is one of the finest independent book shops in the country, a place to explore and mine for design inspiration. The focus is on colour and art in general, so don't expect to find an old Turgenev or something, but do expect plenty of life and a real sense of excitement inside.
