What's good y'all I have a 2016 Bmw 750, and my ambient lights stopped working on the dashboard and drivers side friend door and rear door. Is your BMW ambient lighting not working? This is most likely due to water damage from rain when the window is open. This is a quick fix with the common part. BMW G30 Driver Door Ambient Lighting, Window Switch & Folding Mirror IssueHey everyone, I'm working on a 5 Series G30 and ran into an electrical issue after installing ambient lighting. Hoping someone here has come across something similar. Issue: After removing the driver side door card to install ambient lights circuit, the driver side.
The ambient light is switched on when the vehicle is unlocked, and switched off when the vehicle is locked. If the ambient light was deactivated via iDrive, it will not be turned on when the vehicle is unlocked. Perform the following in the iDrive menu to activate/deactivate ambient light: BMW Operating System 7: "CAR" "Settings" "Interior lighting" "Ambient lighting" To select the color.
Just received my 2016 750ix today and the interrior LED lighting on the dash, drivers door and read drivers side is not working does not light up. I made a service appointment next week (it is cpo) but wanted to throw it out there unless someone knows of an obvious or simple fix? 2019 bmw 530I Ambient light is not working only the passenger's door light works (no ambient lights in the dash, foot well, nor the driver's side, neither in the rear.only passenger's door) please advice me what to do.
