The NTD Help Desk is available to assist reporters by answering NTD reporting questions. In addition, reporters are assigned a contact person for all NTD Safety & Security Reporting issues, known as the S&S Analyst.
Safety and Security (S&S) reporters are those transit agencies that submit a Full Report to the NTD , also called "Full Reporters."1 Transit agencies reporting as Reduced Reporters or Rural Reporters do not report S&S data on the reporting forms on the Safety & Security tab. Instead, these agencies report S&S data on their Annual Report.
