promotional information, in accordance with the Personal Information Protection Act, the Act on
Promotion of Information and Communications Network Utilization and Information Protection, and
other applicable laws of the Republic of Korea.
This consent is optional. You can use every feature of BigEar without agreeing.
If you do not agree, you simply will not receive news about benefits, events and new features.
Article 1 (How we send it)
Promotional information is sent only as push notifications in the BigEar app.
The Company does not send email or text messages on the basis of this consent.
If the Company begins using another channel, it will obtain fresh consent for
that channel.
Article 2 (What we send)
The promotional information the Company sends is as follows.
News about benefits such as points and coupons
Event announcements and results
News about new features and services
Region-specific advertising and event information (if you have consented to location use)
Information the Company is required to provide — changes to the terms or the
privacy policy, payment results, notices about changes to your account — is sent regardless of
this consent.

Article 4 (Night-time messages)
The Company does not send promotional information between 21:00 and 08:00.
Should it become necessary to do so, the Company will send them only after obtaining separate
consent.
Article 5 (Retention period)
Consent information is retained and used until you withdraw consent or delete your
account.
Under the Act on Promotion of Information and Communications Network Utilization and Information
Protection, the Company confirms every two years whether you still wish to
receive promotional information.
Article 6 (Withdrawing consent)
You may withdraw your consent at any time.
In the app — turn off My Info > App settings > Marketing messages.
Withdrawal takes effect immediately.
