BigEar Terms of Service

Effective date: 5 October 2026

This document has two parts. The first is the Terms of Service (Articles 1–17); the second is the Youth Protection Policy. How your personal information is handled is set out separately in the Privacy Policy.

Article 1 (Purpose)

These terms set out the rights, obligations and responsibilities of Volt Software Inc. (the “Company”) and its users regarding use of the BigEar application and related services (the “Service”), together with other necessary matters.

Article 2 (Definitions)

UserA person who agrees to these terms and uses the Service
MemberA user who has provided personal information to create an account and may continue to use the Service
PointsA value used only inside the Service. Points are not cash and cannot be exchanged for cash.
ContentAny posts, photos, votes, opinions and the like that a user uploads to the Service

Article 3 (Effect and amendment)

  1. These terms take effect when posted on the Service or otherwise announced.
  2. The Company may amend these terms within the limits of applicable law.
  3. When amending, the Company gives notice in the app at least 7 days before the effective date. Changes unfavourable to users are announced at least 30 days beforehand and notified individually, for example by in-app notification.
  4. If, having clearly stated that “failure to object by the effective date will be treated as acceptance”, the Company receives no objection, the amended terms are deemed accepted. A user who does not agree may terminate the agreement (delete their account).

Article 4 (What the Service provides)

The Company provides the following.

Cryptocurrency information is not investment advice. The prices, indicators, verdicts and AI analysis shown in the Service are compiled from publicly available sources, and their accuracy and completeness are not guaranteed. Investment decisions and their consequences are the user’s own responsibility. The Company is not a licensed investment adviser.

Article 5 (Formation of the agreement)

  1. The agreement is formed when a user agrees to these terms, applies to join through the Company’s procedure, and the Company accepts.
  2. The Company may refuse acceptance, or later terminate the agreement, in the following cases.

Article 6 (Users under 14)

The Company does not accept members under the age of 14. If it is confirmed that a user is under 14, the Company terminates the agreement without delay and destroys any personal information collected.

Article 7 (Managing your account)

  1. You are responsible for managing your account and password.
  2. You may not lend or transfer your account to anyone else.
  3. If you learn that your account has been misused, tell the Company immediately and follow its guidance. The Company is not responsible for losses arising from a failure to do so.

Article 8 (Rights in and responsibility for content)

  1. Copyright in content belongs to the user who created it.
  2. You agree that the Company may use your content within the Service for operating, displaying and promoting the Service. The Company does not use content beyond that scope, and stops using it when you delete it.
  3. Responsibility for the content of what you post rests with you.

Article 9 (Prohibited conduct)

Users must not do the following.

Article 10 (Removal of content and restriction of use)

  1. The Company may delete or limit the display of content that breaches Article 9.
  2. Depending on the severity, the Company acts in this order: warning → partial restriction of features → suspension → termination. Where there is immediate harm to others or a clear breach of law, the Company may suspend or terminate straight away.
  3. A user subject to such action may object by writing to voltsoftdev@gmail.com. The Company reverses the action where the objection is well founded.

Article 11 (Reports)

Users may report another user’s content or conduct using the reporting feature in the Service. On receiving a report the Company reviews it without delay and takes any necessary action.

Article 12 (Points)

  1. Points are used only inside the Service and cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred to another person.
  2. Points granted free of charge expire when you delete your account and are not refundable.
  3. Points obtained by improper means are recovered, and restrictions on use may follow.

Article 13 (Paid purchases and refunds)

  1. Paid items are charged through Google Play / the Apple App Store.
  2. Cancellations and refunds follow each store’s policy and procedure. Where a refund through the store is not possible, write to voltsoftdev@gmail.com and the Company will handle it in accordance with applicable law.
  3. Points already spent are not refundable.
  4. If you were unable to use the Service because of the Company’s fault, the Company refunds that portion or compensates with equivalent points.

Article 14 (Changes to and suspension of the Service)

  1. The Company may change the Service or discontinue part of it, giving notice in the app at least 7 days before the change takes effect.
  2. Where unavoidable — natural disaster, power failure, equipment failure, a surge in traffic — the Service may be suspended without prior notice, and is restored without delay once the cause is resolved.

Article 15 (Termination)

  1. You may terminate the agreement at any time under My Info > Delete account.
  2. On termination, your votes, game records and account information are deleted, and any points you hold expire. You cannot re-register for 90 days (this prevents misuse by immediately re-registering; an identifier is kept for those 90 days — see Article 2 of the Privacy Policy).
  3. Some content left where other users can see it may not be deleted. If you want it removed, delete it yourself before terminating.

Article 16 (Limits of liability)

  1. The Company is not responsible for the reliability or accuracy of what users post.
  2. The Company does not intervene in disputes arising between users, or between a user and a third party, through the Service, and is not liable for losses arising from them.
  3. The Company is not responsible for investment decisions made on the basis of the cryptocurrency information described in Article 4, or for their consequences.
  4. This does not apply where loss is caused by the Company’s intent or gross negligence.

Article 17 (Governing law and jurisdiction)

These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Korea. Jurisdiction over disputes between the Company and a user arising from use of the Service follows the Civil Procedure Act.
