On a recent episode, Jenny and Dave revealed their newest fixer-upper endeavor: an old bank on the downtown strip of Centerton, Arkansas - Bentonville's neighboring town. The do-it-all reno experts transformed the space (which was built in 1905) into Marrs Mercantile, a boutique where the community can gather and shop for goods made by their friends and neighbors.
Dave and Jenny Marrs already have their hands full raising five kids (and over a dozen animals) on their Arkansas farm, renovating homes year-round, operating a retail store in Centerton, and filming a hit HGTV show. But in 2025, the "Fixer to Fabulous" stars will get even busier. On December 14, 2024, the couple announced that their retail outlet, Marrs Mercantile, will get a sister store.
The new space, which Jenny describes as "a shop filled with pieces that create a sense of home, calm, and beauty," will be a natural extension of their original store, The Mercantile, located a few miles away in Centerton.
