How the Growth program works
A real McBride Wealth Management cycle, July 2026. One article becomes a newsletter, four social posts and a published blog, all from a single plan and all cleared through compliance. Every link below opens the actual published piece.
Brief
The month starts with a plan. The advisor and the inSymmetry team agree the theme, the article topic and the image direction before a word is written. July’s theme was the mid-year portfolio review.
Outline
The article is outlined against that theme, so every piece produced later points in one direction.
Content
One article, roughly 1,000 words, is written and then adapted into newsletter copy and four social posts, each with a Facebook and a LinkedIn version. The same idea, shaped for every channel. These are the actual files, exactly as written.
Advisor approval
Steve reviews every piece for accuracy and voice. Nothing moves until he signs off.
Compliance
Approved content goes to the dealer’s compliance review and is tracked through to sign-off. inSymmetry prepares and submits the files, using the same documents shown above, and handles minor revisions so the advisor does not.
Production
On approval, the pieces are designed and built. Four social posts from one article, each running on Facebook and LinkedIn.
Mid-year review discipline
Discipline, not prediction, is what protects long-term wealth.
Facebook + LinkedInSequence-of-returns risk
Two retirees, identical average returns, very different outcomes.
Facebook + LinkedInThe professional’s blind spot
Blackout windows and concentration, the risks executives miss.
Facebook + LinkedInFive mid-year questions
Five calm questions worth asking before summer ends.
Facebook + LinkedInDeploy
One month, every channel. The article lands on the website, two emails go out, the monthly newsletter to the full list and a dedicated send that drives readers to the new blog, and the four posts run across social. Email carries a lot of the Growth plan.
The two emails drive to the same July article, and the social links open Steve’s LinkedIn and Facebook, where the July posts and everything since are live.
Review
Each month closes with a look at what performed, and the results compound. Over the program, McBride Wealth’s numbers have moved in one direction.
