Implementing the Balanced Scorecard

Implementing the BSC involves several steps. It begins with translating the organization's vision and strategy into the four perspectives. Then, objectives, measures, targets, and initiatives are identified for each perspective.

Effective communication is crucial for the success of the BSC. Everyone in the organization should understand the BSC, their role in it, and how their work contributes to the organization's goals.
