104人力銀行發布《2023企業年終及2024薪酬趨勢大調查》報告,指出2023年呈現「獎金縮水創新低、但年薪總額創新高」的翹翹板現象。

104人資學院總經理花梓馨指出,獎金縮水、但年薪總額創新高,原因在於2023年經濟成長放緩影響企業發放獎金,但面對持續的缺工壓力,企業為了搶才已陸續調高固定年薪。以缺工最嚴重的住宿餐飲服務業來說,為順利招募人才,發放年終的比例已從去年的89.1%提升到今年的100%,但平均僅發放0.59個月,表現落後。
