Fire TV stuck on "fire Tv" logo with 3 dots underneath When I turn on the TV it goes to the loading screen with 3 dots moving underneath indefinitely. Unplugging it does not fix the problem. Tried unplugging my WiFi.
Turned TV on and off multiple times. Turns on and off but always just gets stuck on this initial screen. this is not a fire stick but a fire TV.
The screen is frozen with just Fire TV with three dots below going back and forth. In addition my fire stick remote has. I have tried a different tv, hdmi port and cable with no luck.
