Courtney Allyson Mills (Fort Worth, Texas) (she/her/hers) holds a Master of Arts in Performance Psychology from National University, a Bachelor of Arts in Dance from Texas Woman's University, and an Associates of Arts from St. Petersburg College. She also holds a specialization in Teaching Social-Emotional Learning from the University of Colorado, Boulder.

Courtney spent 10 years in public. Courtney Allyson Mills Courtney Allyson Mills began her love for dance, theater, and the creative performing arts in Seminole, Florida where she performed in the prestigious Seminole High School Marching Band and Colour Guard. Her experiences in high school paved the way for performing with two-time WGI gold medalist, The Company Color Guard and DCI finalist Carolina Crown Drum and Bugle Corps.
