I've read the old rules say that when you make a suggestion and nobody can disprove that suggestion then you may accuse. When a player is satisfied that he knows the three Clue Cards hidden in the envelope, he can on his turn, make an ACCUSATION. He states that he is making an Accusation and names the three Clue Cards he believes to be in the envelope.

Accusation is performed at the end of the game. When you know all cards in the envelop, you can solve the murder by making an accusation when it's your round. Cards not owned by anyone are in the envelop.

When you notice that an item is crossed on the same row, meaning you found that nobody can answer that item, it is in the envelop. Find all 3 items which has all crosses on their row to make.
