A Hyundai Ioniq 5 N tested by Sport Auto has managed to lap the Nurburgring Nordschleife in 7 minutes and 45.59 seconds, confirming that the EV is just as track. Hyundai says the 641-horsepower Ioniq 5 N is capable of doing two laps of the Nordschleife in Endurance mode or one full-power fast lap in Sprint mode; the latter of which is what was used for.
