Jaxon Texas Kitchen, Shoals Smokehouse, and Pistil Cocktail Lounge are the three new restaurants that are set to elevate the culinary scene at Toyota Music Factory. A trio of new restaurants have debuted at Toyota Music Factory in Irving, one of which is a familiar name: The live music and entertainment venue is now home to Jaxon Texas Kitchen, Shoals. The Pavilion at Toyota Music Factory is a unique boutique, open-air pavilion offering three flexible capacities.
Including a 2,500 person capacity intimate theater, 4,000 person indoor theater and 8,000 person amphitheater. The Pavilion offers world-class entertainment, Premium Seats and VIP Club, a dedicated space for Special Events and access to 20 restaurants and bars, movies and more. After closing in downtown Dallas in summer 2023, Jaxon Texas Kitchen is slated to reopen at Toyo t a Music Factory, along with Shoals Smokehouse. A new lounge called Pistil Cocktail Lounge is also joining the development, as previously reported by What Now Dallas. We're incredibly excited for Kevin Lillis and his team as they build new roots at Toyota Music Factory and within the vibrant Las Colinas community.
